Homage to the Patriot

To commemorate the 118th birth anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, a panel discussion on “Patriotism – It’s reflection, realism, application” was recently organized at Pears Banquet by “Behala, Dr. Shyama Prasad Smriti Rakhha Committee”.

Asim Ghosh, Swarup Prasad Ghosh, and Rajkamal Pathak’s speeches were very engaging and impactful. The panel discussion was attended by Krishnadas Chatterjee Parimal Ch Saha, Motilal Soni, Bikram Sarkar and other distinguished persons from varied walks of life. While delivering the vote of thanks Pranab Kr Pal informed that their request for changing the name of “Sealdah station” to “Shyama Prasad station” has been approved by South-Eastern Indian Railways.
