On July 25, “The GT Route” hosted their annual festival “Kebab Aur Parathe Ki Jugalbandhi” at their restraint at Jameson Inn Shiraz. Kebab with paratha is among the quintessential favourites of Kolkatans. In this third edition the food joint has introduced some new items which are worth trying out. Intense research has been carried out by the Chefs to rustle up with these delicacies. Parathas and rotis were served with each plate of kebabs The mouth watering items include Samundari Taaj, shallow fried mixed seafood patty with aromatic spices served with green salad, bell pepper and poppy chutney with Mughlai paratha.
